Your reference photos are used to fulfill the video you request. The site stores account and order information needed to provide the service; payment providers handle card data.
Account and service records
We store your email, verification state, password hash when applicable, Google subject identifier, sessions and expiring security tokens. Orders and the credit ledger support billing, refunds and generation. Contact and feedback records include the message and reply address.
Photo processing and retention
Input photos are kept for up to 24 hours in our storage. Finished private videos expire after seven days. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage; configured AI processors may import reference media under their own terms and retention policies. Our storage limit does not promise deletion from every third-party system.
Email and payments
Cloudflare provides transactional email delivery. Google sign-in is optional when configured. Payment processors handle checkout and sensitive payment information; we do not store card numbers. Service providers may process data outside your country.
Visit attribution
First-party visit events record referrer, landing path, UTM fields, browser language and country. A hashed network identifier helps rate limiting. Visit events are deleted after 90 days and old launch-list records within 12 months.
Your choices
We do not sell your uploaded photos or use them to train our own models. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the operator. Contact support@rumplestiltskinai.com with your order reference. Please keep passwords, payment details and API keys out of messages.
